DECEMBER 2025: ONE Starry Night!

What an INCREDIBLE NIGHT!

Generations of singers together hand-in-hand celebrating a thrilling 2025 and ringing in 2026, thank you for joining us out ONE STARRY NIGHT!

We were so happy to see so many friends, family, alumni, and community supporters in the audience for our annual December Main Series Concert!

After O Beautiful Yuletide, Cantare gives an Opera Preview

In advance of joining Calgary Opera for their production of HANSEL AND GRETEL with OLD TROUT PUPPET WORKSHOP, Cantare ended their candlelight section of the concert by singing the famous EVENING PRAYER duet from Humperdink’s opera. Our Cantare choristers are so excited to be on the jubilee stage again soon!

Cantando Makes A STUNNING Main Series Debut!

After making their “Away Game” debut at FOR THE FALLEN this November, We were SO PROUD to introduce our young adult ensemble, CANTANDO, for the first time on our main series stage!

Led by Graeme Climie, Oksana Yaremchuk, and an accompanying ensemble of string musicians, Cantando presented winter favourites including Edward Elgar’s classic: THE SNOW!

Christmas Classics from Cantilena and Cantiga

Cantilena and Cantiga’s performances featured many CLASSIC December treats. Cantiga’s “Still, Still, Still” with strings and Cantilena’s “Merrily To Bethlehem perfectly showcase the excitement and energy in the building!

With Knox United Church SOLD OUT, this is a HUGE moment for our young singers to experience having a big audience!

Together At Years’ End

With generations of singers hand-in-hand celebrating 2025, we sang out our final songs of the year, ending with our traditional AULD LANG SYNE

Thank you to all of our friends, family, and community supporters who came out to ONE STARRY NIGHT! We are so proud of Cantilena, Cantiga, Cantare, and Cantando for their splendid singing and for celebrating together in a wonderful night of community!

Make sure you’re subscribed to our YouTube channel to catch concert highlights the moment they’re available!
